Terms

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms cover the free 14-day reel system access offered on this page by Ivy Row Partners ("we", "us"). By submitting the form you confirm you have read and agree to them.

1. Who can take part

2. What the free access includes

3. How the trial works

4. No guarantees

We cannot promise any particular result. Reach, views, followers and earnings depend on many things outside our control, including the platforms' own rules and your own content and effort. Nothing on this page is a promise or forecast of income. You are responsible for your own accounts, your content, and for following the rules of each platform you use.

5. Working together later

The free trial is separate from any paid or ongoing arrangement. If we both want to work together after the trial, we will set out the terms in writing and explain them to you before you agree to anything. You are under no obligation to do so.

6. Messages

By ticking the box on the form you agree that we may message you on WhatsApp about your access and trial. You can ask us to stop at any time.

7. Your information

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party platforms

We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or OnlyFans. Those names belong to their owners.

9. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss of income, profit or business, and our total liability to you for the free trial is limited to the amount of the trial, which is nil.

10. Changes and ending

We may change or withdraw this offer, or these terms, at any time. Changes do not affect a trial already under way unless the law requires it.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
