This policy explains how Ivy Row Partners ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you use this page to request free access to our reel system. We follow UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
1. Who we are
Ivy Row Partners is the "data controller" for the information you give us here. You can contact us at team@ivyrowpartners.com.
2. What we collect

If you later send us screenshots (for example your recent reel views) on WhatsApp, we will use them only for your free trial.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To contact you on WhatsApp about your free 14-day access and to run your trial. Legal basis: your consent (given by ticking the box on the form) and steps you ask us to take before any agreement.
- To check you are eligible (18 or over, UK-based, with a live OnlyFans page). Legal basis: legitimate interests in only offering this to the creators it is designed for.
- To measure and improve our advertising (which ads lead to sign-ups). Legal basis: your consent to advertising cookies, and our legitimate interests in running an effective business.
- To keep records and comply with the law. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
- Google (Google Sheets), where we store and manage leads.
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel and its Conversions API), so we can measure ad results and show our ads to relevant people. Details such as your name and phone number may be shared with Meta in hashed (scrambled) form.
- WhatsApp (Meta), which we use to message you.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and records actions like visiting the page and submitting the form. This helps us see which ads work. You can stop this by blocking cookies in your browser settings, using your browser's privacy controls, or changing your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you are in our free trial or working with us, and for up to 12 months after our last contact if you do not proceed. After that we delete or anonymise them. Records we are legally required to keep are held for the period the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to: see the information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw your consent at any time (this will not affect what we did before you withdrew it). You can also tell us to stop messaging you at any time, by replying "stop" on WhatsApp or emailing us.
To use any of these rights, email team@ivyrowpartners.com. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
8. Age
This page is for people aged 18 or over only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls on the systems where leads are stored. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
